This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between you and CSGlobaldistribution, chatsalesglobal.com and applies to your use of the products and services (“Service”) available through www.chatmailsecure.com (“Website”). You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

CSGlobaldistribution may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Except as stated, all amendments will be effective 30 days after they are posted on this Site. Notices of upcoming changes will be posted on our News page. 

This Service is provided to individuals who are at least 18 years old or to minors who have parental consent to open and maintain an account.

Each user is solely responsible for his or her transmissions through CSGlobaldistribution. As a condition of your use of the Service, you affirm to CSGlobaldistribution, that you will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. By registering an address with CSGlobaldistribution, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Service Agreement. CSGlobaldistribution may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate service without cause or notice, should user’s conduct fail to conform to these conditions.

• We’re an Internet-based business and we use the Internet to send and receive certain types of communications. You agree to be bound by Internet regulations, policies and procedures.
   
• You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations. You also agree to not use CSGlobaldistribution for illegal purposes; to not interfere or disrupt networks connected to this service; and to comply with all the rules, policies and procedures connected to this service.
   
• You will not use CSGlobaldistribution to send junk email, spam, chain letters or use email lists that contain any person that has not specifically agreed to be included on that list.
   
• You agree not to transmit, or allow others to use your address to transmit, through CSGlobaldistribution, any objectionable material including, but not limited to, unlawful or harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar or obscene material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate items discussed in #2 above.
   
• You agree to not interfere with another member’s use and enjoyment of CSGlobaldistribution or another similar service.
   

Our spam policy at CSGlobaldistribution is “zero-tolerance”. Anyone found to be generating spam from within our system will have their user privileges revoked immediately. Persons attempting to forward spam email messages inbound to our system will be blocked and prevented from sending further email to any CSGlobaldistribution users. Please note, however, that many messages appearing to originate from Myntex (or any other) mail servers could contain “forged headers”, written by the party originating the messages to make them appear to come from somebody else. This is done to avoid action normally taken against those abusing email systems and to cause damage to the reputation of the parties appearing to have sent the messages. Experienced investigators can tell immediately whether headers have been forged and where the message actually originated; thus, it is important that any mail forwarded to us for investigation contains the complete headers from the original message.
 

The following are some examples of spamming that may violate the Terms and Conditions and CSGlobaldistribution’s Spam Policy:

– Manipulating identifiers, such as email headers, to disguise the origin of any content transmitted to or through CSGlobaldistribution computer systems.

• Relaying email from a third party’s mail servers without the permission of that third party.

• – Using or causing to be used CSGlobaldistribution computer systems to facilitate the transmission of unsolicited or unauthorized material. This includes any promotional materials, URLs, “junk mail,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of unauthorized solicitation that you may upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available.

• – Using “robots” or otherwise harvesting other’s email addresses from the CSGlobaldistribution website for purposes of sending unsolicited or unauthorized material.

• – Uploading, posting, emailing, or transmitting the same message, URL, or post multiple times.

All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, software, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation originally included.

• Returns are valid within (7) days of original purchase date unless otherwise specified.
  
  
• Environmental levies may be charged where applicable.
   
• All Software, Special orders and Refurbished product sales are Final.
   
• Returns will not be accepted on items that are missing packaging or accessories or that have been physically altered, modified or damaged (a re-stocking fee may apply). CSGlobaldistribution also reserves the right to refuse returns deemed to be an abuse of our return policy.

CSGlobaldistribution may terminate your access to the Service and any related service(s) at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, for any reason whatsoever. CSGlobaldistribution has no obligation to store or forward the contents of your account.

If there is any indication that you are using your account for illegal activity, your account will be terminated immediately and without notice. Activities that are absolutely not tolerated include the purchase or sale of substances that are illegal in many jurisdictions, purchase or sale of stolen goods, making threats to person or property, possession or distribution of child pornography, and fraud.

You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the account sign-up process. CSGlobaldistribution encourages you to use a “strong” password (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols) for your account. Each account login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passphrase and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities or actions occuring under your account. CSGlobaldistribution will not be responsible for any loss or damages resulting from your failure to comply with this obligation.

If you are purchasing Services from CSGlobaldistribution, you must provide CSGlobaldistribution with a valid credit card. Purchased Services are billed in advance on and are non-refundable. This means that there will be no refunds for partial months of service or for months where the Services were unused. All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, withholdings or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, withholdings or duties in addition to the fees. You must fill out your correct province/state and country so that CSGlobaldistribution can understand its obligations to applicable taxation authorities.

The sole remedy is for users to discontinue their use of CSGlobaldistribution and its related Websites.

You agree that CSGlobaldistribution, its parents, subsidiaries, officers and employees, cannot be held responsible for any third party claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service.

The use of the Website and any purchase made on this Website are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Alberta and Canada. You agree and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.

Messages are delivered through different styles of relay servers. Some messages may not be processed due to outbound message limitations. You agree that CSGlobaldistribution is not responsible or liable for the deletion or failure to store messages or other information.
